WebEx connection issue fix:
This process allows for some settings to be removed from the student’s device that should allow Webex to work.
- Student needs to sign into the laptop and connect to HCCSC-AD wifi at any school that has outside Wifi access
- Wait 2 minutes
- Restart Laptop
- Sign back into the laptop and HCCSC-AD
- Wait 2 minutes.
- Restart laptop.
- Webex will now work when you sign in.
