WebEx connection issue fix:

This process allows for some settings to be removed from the student’s device that should allow Webex to work.

  1. Student needs to sign into the laptop and connect to HCCSC-AD wifi at any school that has outside Wifi access
  2. Wait 2 minutes
  3. Restart Laptop
  4. Sign back into the laptop and HCCSC-AD
  5. Wait 2 minutes.
  6. Restart laptop.
  7. Webex will now work when you sign in.
